▎Roller Chain:
Empowered by the motor, reductor drives main axle and main axle drives the chain and the roller. The roller rolls on the stainless steel base. Wearing plate on two sides is made of 430 stainless steel. Conveyor roller is covered with special rubber which protects the wheel from scratches. Horizontal plastic rollers are connected with strengthened axle. Vehicles are to switch to N (neutral) gear while the conveyor drags the vehicle. Conveyor is dirven by VFD (variable frequency driver) to make the operation smooth. The high power motor is able to drag up to 3 cars at the same time. The chain requires maintenance evey 100 thousand wash. The structure and installation is simple. However, roller chain is not suitable for flat tire or cars with low chassis.
▎Conveyor Belt:
The motor drives the conveyor directly to ensure safety and high torque. The belt is made of POM, a type material with high stiffness and low friction. The POM conveyor belt could last for more than 600 thousands washes. It requires very little maintenance. There is no need to lubricate with oil since the parts are plastic, which is also environmentally friendly. Vehicles are to switch to N (neutral) gear while the conveyor drags the vehicle. POM conveyor belt is suitable for almost all types of tires. The flat design allows all sizes of tires. The belt requires cleaning every 50 thousands washes.
▎Dual Conveyor Belt ®:
Dual conveyor system is specially designed for unattended tunnel car wash. Patented 3-section design allows driver to adjust the car at the entrance or exit according to the notification without affecting the washing process. There are multiple sensors and extra high rails on both sides at the entrance section replacing human guidance. Every section is driven by an independent motor. Since all four wheel are on the belt, vehicles are to switch to P (parking) gear while the conveyor drags the vehicle. P gear gives the drive a snse of security and it also prevents the drives press the brake by accident. Similar to regular conveyor belt, it requires very little maintenance. The belt needs cleaning every 100 thousands washes. There is no need to lubricate with oil since the parts are plastic, which is also environmentally friendly. Because all wheels are between two trails, all types of tires are acceptable.
▎Wheel Adjustment Plate:
Flat Plate
The springs are attached underneath the plate supporting the plate to move horizontally when the vehicle enters. When the wheel contacts the adjusting roller, the plate moves to the opposite side and brings the leads the wheel to center. After the wheel passes the wheel adjustment plate, the springs rebounce to the original position.
Roller Plate
Roller plate comes with multiple embeded rollers. When the wheel contacts the adjusting roller on the ground, the embeded rollers brings the wheel to the opposite side to adjust the position of the wheel.
▎High Pressure Jets:
High pressure jets rinses off large objects and dirt on the paint. There are several option for the nozzles: regular nozzle, air nozzle, and laser nozzle.
Air nozzle allows compressed air to blow out along with the water. The ejected water is surrounded with compressed air preventing water from atomizing. The water pressure coming out of an air nozzle could be 25 times more powerful than a regular nozzle.
Laser nozzles rotates when the water flows over the nozzle. The water turns into the shape of cone. Laser nozzles are usually applied on wheel wahsing.
▎Foam:
Special car foam covers the surface of the car completely. Surfactants lower the surface tension between the vehicle's paint and undesired matter such as oil or portein. Lava foam creates a strong visual. Thick foam on the surface dissolves wide area of oil and dirt.
▎Rock Brush:
Rock brushes enhaces the cleaning on the side skirts. The inclined design to perfectly cover the skirts.
▎Disk Brush (Wheel Brush) :
The moving wheel jets could be replaced with Italy-made moving disk brushes. After spotting the position of the wheel, the disk brush pumps into the hole of the wheel and moves along with the conveyor. Spcecial inclined and cross-sewing design enable the brush to go deep into the wheel.
▎Top Brush:
Mechanical swinging arm and resistance detection system ensure the brush contacts the horizontal surface no more than 15 cm. VFD-driven rising/falling motor adjusts the speed according to the slope of the car and maintains the smoothness.
▎Side Brush:
Two sets of side brush: cylinder-controlled V-beam side brush set and motor-controlled I-beam side brush set.
The first V-beam side brush set fits all shapes of headlights and taillights. The I-beam is able to move forward / backward to enhace the cleaning of head and tail. All cylinders have a maximum 15° inclination angle to fit the side of the car. Two sets of side brushes compensate each other and assure the cleaning quality.
▎Wax:
Multiple finishing chemical system is optional. Finishing product such as dry agent, protective wax, or coating are applied according to your needs. Metering pump preciesely controls the amount and frequenct of the chemical applied.
▎Dryer:
Fixed, swinging, or contour-following dryers are available. Contour-following dryer is the most effective keeping the distance of about 30cm above the car. With proper car care products, extent of dryness could be up to 90%.
▎Wiper:
Swinging Wipers or cylindric wipers are available. Wipers take off the visable beads after blow drying. Wiper cloth is attached with hook-and-loop, which makes replacing or cleaning extremely easy.
Reliability and stability are very important values to us. We use the FX5U series PLC by Mitsubishi Automation which is of high quality and 100% made in Japan. Internal devices are connected via Ethernet ports. No special cable is required.
Micro fiber brushes does not attach particles such as rock or sand. The brushes are able to clean themselves when water sprays over them during washes. After the foam reacts on the paint, dirt and filthy substances can be wiped off by the fast-spinning brushes.
With optional high-speed conveyor system, the tunnel is able to wash up to 80 4.6-meter-long cars.

The noise of the dryer is a common obstacle for many car wash businesses. The whole new quiet dryer comes with a special blade design. The volume and frequency of the dryer decrease while the dryness of the car remains. This is suitable for both contour-following dryer and fixed dryer.
